Toni uses a variety of therapy techniques including person-centered therapy, solution focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma informed care. She is excited to build positive relationships, while guiding clients to achieve their goals.

Toni Raseta, MS.Ed., LPCC-S believes in providing a comfortable, safe place of respect and nonjudgement where clients feel heard and understood. She works with individuals, couples, and families dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder related symptoms, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, relationship issues, self-esteem, mood disturbance, grief, adjustments & life changes, trauma, LGBTQ issues, and family struggles. Toni utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including person-centered, solution-focused, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness, habit reversal, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. Prior to her work at Advanced Counseling Solutions, Toni worked at Churchill Counseling Services, Alta Behavioral Health, Comprehensive Family Services, Vocational and Psychological Services, Mercer County Children Services, and AWARE Domestic Violence Shelter. Toni is also licensed in Ohio as a Profession School Counselor and has worked at Cardinal Mooney High School and Youngstown City School District. .
