Jeremy Yardas, MSW, LSW, uses a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, solution focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and motivational interviewing. Jeremy has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, anger management, men’s issues, life stressors, self-esteem concerns, grief, and mood disorders. Jeremy strives to empower his clients and provides individualized and compassionate treatment. The therapy approaches that he uses have been instrumental in helping clients to achieve their goals, create more balance in daily living, and has helped to create more stability in relationships and families.
