Madison Sudon, MSW, LSW, hopes to build a positive relationship with every client where she can assist them in making the changes they want to see in their own lives. She is a firm believer in person-centered therapy, and she helps to empower her clients to recognize their own strengths. By viewing clients through a trauma-focused perspective, she realizes the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental place where clients can feel heard and respected. Madison utilizes a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, feminist therapy, and motivational interviewing. Madison has experience working with grief, trauma, addiction, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, LGBTQ issues, spirituality, anxiety, codependency, relationship issues, and self-esteem. Madison has experience working with individuals, couples, and groups with clients ranging in ages 10 and above. Madison has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Youngstown State University and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Southern Maine. Madison has a Master of Social Work from Youngstown State University. Madison is a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley and currently holds a LSW in the state of Ohio.
