Mason focuses upon your negative core beliefs that impact your subconscious behavior patterns; in a way that’s consumable and easy to understand for those who are new to therapy or aren’t “big talkers.” Mason utilizes EMDR, CBT, DBT, and behavioral modification techniques in order to reinforce positive core beliefs, and attempt to change your underlying behaviors.
